For the second episode of our Basketball Hawthorn Online Training Program, we will be doing Hand Speed & Passing! 🏀
Here are some Keys to take note of while practicing these drills:
- Throw the ball hard and flat 🏀
- Prepare to catch the ball 🖐
- Athletic Stance 💪
- Pass both hands 👐
The duration of the training would take about 10 – 12 minutes and all you need is 2 Basketballs, a Tennis Ball and a Wall around you! How convenient is that! Pay close attention to the video as Coach Dion Jewell guides us through each and every workout.
