For the fourth episode of our Basketball Hawthorn Online Training Program, we have collaborated with PRIME Athletes Australia to come up with a Strength and Conditioning Session!Β πŸ”₯

The Strength & Conditioning Key will be to:

  1. Maintain Great Posture Throughout ALL Exercises πŸ’―πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Cam Rigby who is the Head Coach of PRIME Athletes Australia have came up with 6 different workouts which can be easily done at home! Make sure you read the description of each exercise in the video and look at the live demonstration in this video before commencing on your workout! πŸ‘

It is important for us to work on our strength and mobility so that we can get stronger and better in our basketball skills πŸ’ͺ
