South Dragons Competition

The South Dragons are Melbourne's hottest new basketball club, unleashed in the National Basketball League this season. The home court of the South Dragons is the world class Vodafone Arena, which seats 10,000. Lead by four time Olympian player/coach Shane "The Hammer" Heal, the Dragons play an entertaining brand of ball, lighting it up from the perimeter with shooters such as Australian Boomer Jacob Holmes and NBL Champion Kavossy Franklin. The Dragons are also spectacular above the rim with the likes of future NBA prospect Joe Ingles and recently acquired Rossell Ellis. Hawthorn Basketball Online in association with the South Dragons, are giving you a chance to win a family pass to a Dragons home game this season. All you have to do is to answer the question below. One correct entry will be drawn out at random and the winner will be announced on this site in the week following the closing date of the competition. Entries close 11th December at 9am. Entrants must be a registered player in any of the Hawthorn Basketball Association domestic competitions.

Strictly ONE entry per person.

Family pass voucher is redeemable for South Dragons home games only.

Voucher is not redeemable for the Dragons home game on Boxing Day 2006.

Entries received after 11th December at 9am will not be accepted.

The winner will be announced in the week following the closing date of the competition and will be contacted by email or phone.

One correct entry will be chosen at random and the announcement of the winner is FINAL.

The association reserves the right to cancel the competition in the case of the prize becoming unavailable or for any other reason.
