15th Annual 3 On 3 Competition Results and Photos

Hawthorn Magic's 15 Annual 3 On 3 Competition was made up of 108 teams, the majority of team entries came from within the HBA, but it was interesting to note that additional team entries came from Bulleen, Nunawading, Collingwood, Balwyn, Whitehorse and Frankston.
27 divisions played out 188 X 20 minute games across the day utilizing the state of the art facilities at the Boroondara Sports Complex, which accommodated the day beautifully.
Age groups ranged from Under 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, Open Age Men, Open Age Women and four divisions of family mayhem.
264 trophies were presented to 264, red faced children, adolescents and grinning with pride families.
Mighty thanks goes out to HBA's volunteer army, who worked through the heat, sweat and house music to deliver a seamless day of high level basketball energy and activity.
Special thanks is also extended to the Bendigo Bank for its part in making the day a success, it was great to see Dick Menting of the Canterbury and Surrey hills branch of the Bendigo walking the sidelines of BSC.
The annual Hawthorn Magic 3 on 3 Competition will return next year for it's 16th season. Be a part of it!
