2007 Winter Junior Competition Entry Form

Avoid the drama of collecting a 2007 Winter Season Team Entry package on game day and download one in your own sweet time by logging onto the Hawthorn Basketball Association Senior Competition website.
Any team wishing to participating in the 2007 winter season of junior basketball are asked to read, complete and return the attached registration and match scheduling forms by the specified date. The team registration form can be submitted at the HBA office (HOP) on Saturday March 3 between the hours of 11.00am-2pm. The HOP is situated at 817a Glenferrie Road Hawthorn, above Café Tan Trum - entry is via the side door situated in the laneway. Team entry forms received after the due date cannot be guaranteed a place in the competition.
