2007 Winter Senior Competition Entry Form

The new season of Senior basketball will commence on 26th April for the men and 1st May for the women. Any team wishing to participate in the 2007 Winter season are asked to read, complete and return the attached registration form. Applications must be received at the HOP, 817a Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, bove Café Tan Trum - entry is via the side door situated in the laneway. Applications must be received by the close of business on Friday 30 March 2007. Team entry forms received after the due date cannot be guaranteed a place in the competition.
