2007/08 Summer Senior Competition Entry Form

The new season of Senior basketball will commence on Thursday 20 September (Men) & Tuesday 25 September (Women). Any team wishing to participate in the 2007/08 Summer season are asked to read, complete and return the attached registration form. Applications must be received at the HOP, 817a Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, bove Café Tan Trum - entry is via the side door situated in the laneway. Applications must be received by the close of business on Monday 3 September 2007. Team entry forms received after the due date cannot be guaranteed a place in the competition.
