2007/08 Junior Summer Competition Entry Form

All teams intending to participate in the 2007-08 summer season of junior basketball, are asked to complete and return the following team registration and match scheduling forms by the due date.

Registration Day will be Saturday September 8.

Team registration forms can be handed in at the Boroondara Sports Complex on Saturday September 8 between 11:00am – 4:00pm. Those entries should be directed to the Supervisor’s table adjacent to courts 3 & 4, inside the court area.

Any team entry forms received after the due date cannot be guaranteed a place in the competition.
