Following two narrow losses against last season's grand finalists in the Melbourne Tigers and Brisbane Bullets, the Crazy John's South Dragons have got the monkey off their back with a win over the New Zealand Breakers last Sunday night 102-90.

Now with the win on the board, confidence is sky high and no one is showing this confidence more than Dragons' co-owners Mark Cowan and Raphael Germinder. The co-owners of the Dragons have made an audacious offer to basketball fans in Melbourne.

Cowan stated the state of play. "If any fan buys a ticket through Ticketek to this weekend's game and we don't get a win, we’ll give them a free ticket to the following game.”^[1].
