2009 Junior Winter Competition Entry Form

Any teams intending to participate in the 2009 winter season of junior basketball in the Hawthorn competition are asked to complete, and return the registration forms (below).
Registration Day will be Saturday March 14.
Team registration forms can be submitted at the Boroondara Sports Complex on Saturday March 14 between 11:00am – 5:00pm. Registration forms and payment should be directed to the HBA supervisor’s table, adjacent to courts 3 & 4.
Team registration received after the due date cannot be guaranteed a place in the competition.
