2011/12 Summer Competition Entry Forms

Applications are now being invited for the 2011/12 Summer Season. Competitions to be conducted are all the usual Junior competitions; Men’s A Grade, A Reserve, B Grade, B Reserve, C Grade, C Reserve, Youth League One and Youth League Two; Women’s A Grade, B Grade, C Grade and D Grade; Mixed Division One, Division Two and Division Three.

Competition commences on: Saturday 15 October (Juniors), Thursday 15 September (Men), Tuesday 13 September (Women) & Sunday 4 September (Mixed).

The team entry fee of $80 (Juniors), $100 (Mens and Womens) & $65 (Mixed) MUST accompany each team registration form.

Applications must be received at 817a Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn: 3122 by the close of business for:

Mens and Womens on Monday 29 August 2011

Mixed on Friday 19 August 2011
